A couple families were talking about this.😳 Water park: in winter time, the outdoor areas are closed, making it just the right size for our family to stay occupied and happy for 2 days without stressing me out about losing kids anywhere. My baby could have fit under there and fallen into the lobby or gotten stuck. Safety hazard: the log railing upstairs near elevators was totally not up to safety code I don't know how they're getting away with that. Shower was like a pool shower, harsh pressure and narrow cone.
However, sheets were polyester and polyester blend and awfully uncomfortable so We couldn't sleep. Room: clean and ample space for our family. 2 adults 4 kids ages 1-8 Easy to find from expressway. The only type of family I wouldn't recommend it for. We found the rides safe, fun, something for all of us, and everyone had a good time. You can order food with them as well without needing your wallet. I would say customer service here was top notch.įor the water park They give you bracelets with keys to scan on them for your hotel room.
I called the lodge a few days before my trip to ask to room nearby a friend and they did give us the room right next to hers. Staff was ample, friendly, helpful, and respectful. It was hoppin, but it wasn't too crowded.
